Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) within 30 days for a prompt exchange or refund. All returned merchandise must be in as received condition with tags and liners in place. For merchandise returned after 30 days, you will receive a merchandise credit good toward any future purchase. If you wish to exchange or order a new item, please use the order form provided on the back of your invoice.

How to Return Your Item
Complete and detach the Return Form located in Part B of your invoice using the Return Reason codes provided. The Return Form must be included in your return package in order to receive .proper credit.

    Returns Via UPS:
  • Affix the UPS label, included separately in your package, to the outside of your package.
  • Drop it off at any UPS location. Click here to locate a UPS Store or Drop Box or give the package to any UPS driver. Keep the Return Tracking number for your records.
  • Pay nothing up front; a shipping charge of $6.95 will be deducted from your credit or refund.
  • If you wish to exchange or order a new item, please use the order form provided on the back of your invoice. UPS is not available for heavy items, oversized items, U.S. possessions and some APO/FPO shipments.
    Return On Your Own:
  • Affix Part C of your invoice to the outside of your package.
  • Ship your package back to ShapeFX via the U.S. Postal Service or a carrier of your choice.
  • Insure the package for the full value of the merchandise.
  • Keep your shipping receipt until the credit for your return appears on your credit card statement.

Package Your Return
Use the original packaging when possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label. When the original packaging can't be used, please use a quality bag or carton.

Seal the package securely with tape. Affix the return label to the outside of your package. Please use clear tape or glue when affixing the label.

Please Allow 30 Days. It takes approximately 30 days for us to receive and process your return. We'll credit or refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding shipping and handling), less the cost of the UPS return charge, when you choose this option. Allow two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Returns Without Merchandise Return Form
On a sheet of paper, please indicate your Customer Number, Name, Address, Home Telephone Number and reason for returning the merchandise and enclose it with the return merchandise. Also, please note whether you would like to simply return the item for credit or if you would rather .exchange it for another item.

If you wish to exchange or order a new item, please include on a sheet of paper the page, item description, item number, size, color, quantity, and price of the item you wish to receive in exchange for the returned item. Please provide your credit card information to process the order.
